Who we serve

  • Adolescents (14-17)

Adolescence is a time of significant emotional, social, and developmental change. Many teens face challenges related to school stress, peer relationships, identity development, family dynamics, and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Individual therapy provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for teens to explore their experiences, express themselves, and build healthy coping skills.

At United Hope Center, we provide therapy for teens ages 14 to 17, offering services in both English and Spanish. Our therapists create a culturally sensitive and supportive environment where teens feel seen, heard, and understood. Each session is developmentally appropriate and tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.

    Common areas of focus include:

    Anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation

    Self-esteem and identity development

    Academic, peer, and social stress

Grief, loss, and adjustment to change

    Trauma and PTSD

    Family conflict and communication challenges

    ADD/ADHD-related support

    Parent Support & Guidance

We recognize that supporting a teen often means supporting their family system. Our therapists offer guidance and coaching for parents, helping them better understand their teen’s emotional world and navigate home dynamics. While maintaining the teen’s confidentiality, we take a collaborative approach that encourages stronger family communication and connection.

Whether your teen is navigating everyday stress or deeper emotional challenges, our goal is to support their growth, resilience, and long-term well-being.

  • Adults (18+)

At United Hope Center, we provide compassionate, culturally responsive therapy for adults ages 18 and over. Our services are available in both English and Spanish, ensuring that language is never a barrier to receiving support.

We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life who are seeking support for a range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, coping with loss, healing from trauma, or working through anxiety or depression, we are here to walk alongside you.

    We specialize in supporting:

Adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or grief

Individuals healing from trauma or PTSD

Those struggling with substance use or in recovery

People facing life transitions, relationship issues, or identity concerns

Clients seeking a culturally affirming and inclusive space

At United Hope Center, we believe that healing happens in connection—and it begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported. Our therapists are committed to meeting you where you are and helping you move toward growth, clarity, and meaningful change.

  • Older Adults 65+

Aging brings unique transitions—retirement, changes in health, shifting family roles, and the loss of loved ones. These life stages can stir up a wide range of emotions, from grief and loneliness to reflection and renewal. At United Hope Center, we honor the wisdom and life experiences of older adults while offering compassionate support through the emotional challenges that may arise.

Our therapy for elders provides a respectful, collaborative space where you can process past experiences, navigate present changes, and explore what this chapter of life means for you. Whether you're coping with depression, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, caregiver stress, or seeking deeper meaning and connection, we’re here to support you with warmth and understanding.

We offer therapy in English and Spanish, and we tailor each session to your pace, values, and goals. It's never too late to heal, grow, or rediscover joy—you deserve to feel heard, supported, and empowered at every stage of life.
