At United Hope Center, we believe that healing is possible and that no one should have to walk through life’s challenges alone. Our counseling and psychotherapy services are rooted in compassion, cultural understanding, and a deep commitment to your personal growth.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or major life transitions, we’re here to support you with care that meets you where you are. Counseling offers focused, short-term support for specific challenges, while psychotherapy provides a deeper, long-term space for healing and self-discovery. We offer individual therapy for teens and adults, bilingual sessions (English/Spanish), and a safe, nonjudgmental environment to explore, heal, and build hope for the future.

Insurance Accepted

I’m in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBS IL), Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare and MEDICAID. If you have a different insurance provider, we are happy to offer superbills so you can request out-of-network reimbursement. Our goal is to make therapy as accessible as possible.

Fees

  • We understand that investing in your mental health is an important decision. We’re happy to talk with you about session rates, payment options, and any questions you may have. Sliding scale rates may be available for those who qualify. Please contact us directly—we’re here to help you find a plan that works for you.
